All Tools in the sidebar lists the tools your organization has turned on: the RSS Aggregator and the image tools Image Resize, Aspect Ratio, Image Crop, Watermark and Overlay. Search them by name or description, and choose Open Tool to open one. Choose a tool’s star to add it to your favorites and pin it in the sidebar, under Tools. Favorites are kept in this browser. Admins choose which tools are available in Organization settings → Tools; the AI can use only those tools too.

Image tools

Every image tool works the same way:
  1. Start with an image: drag in or browse to a PNG, JPG or WebP file up to 10 MB, one at a time. Or, on an image in Generate image, choose Edit image and the tool.
  2. Set the tool’s options.
  3. Choose the tool’s apply button. Reset starts over.
The result is saved to your Image library as a new image; the original is unchanged, and articles and published content aren’t touched. Use See Before and After Edit to compare. From the result, choose Download to Device or Open in Library. Saving an edited image needs design access, which Admins and Designers have. Without it, the apply button is unavailable and the tool says so. The watermark uses your organization’s saved logos. If there are none yet, an admin uploads them in Organization settings → Visual.

RSS Aggregator

The RSS Aggregator follows RSS feeds, such as competitors’ blogs and industry news, in one list. Your feeds are your own. The AI can read your feeds too.
  • Add a feed: choose Add Source, enter the feed’s address under Add URL, and choose Save Source.
  • Read: the feed shows the newest items from all your sources. Search titles and summaries, open an item at its source, and choose Mark as Read on items you’ve read.
  • Edit or remove sources: choose Manage Sources. To edit one, choose Edit Source, change its Name or URL, and choose Update Source. To remove sources, select them (or Select All) and choose Delete Selected; they’re removed straight away.
  • Choose how far back to show items: choose Settings, pick Show feed items (the last 7, 30, 60 or 90 days, or All retained items), and choose Save Settings. This only filters the view; older items aren’t deleted.
