One Weelkit account works across every organization you belong to. Each organization has its own members, content and settings.

On the sign-in page, choose Continue with Google or Continue with GitHub, or choose Sign in with Email and enter your email address and password.
  • Remember me keeps you signed in on this browser. Without it, your session ends when you close the browser, or after 24 hours without activity. A remembered session lasts as long as your organizations allow (at most 90 days); if you belong to several organizations, the shortest limit applies.
  • If you turned on two-factor authentication, Weelkit asks for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app after your password, Google or GitHub sign-in. Enter it under Verification Code and choose Verify. You can enter a recovery code instead.
  • If you signed up with email, your address must be verified first. Choose Resend verification email if the link expired.
If your Google or GitHub email matches an existing Weelkit account that uses a password, sign in with your password first. Then link Google or GitHub in Account settings → Connected Accounts. Weelkit never links accounts silently.
Some organizations require Google or GitHub sign-in with your company domain. In that case, use the Google Workspace or GitHub account with your company email; a personal account is refused with the reason.

Forgot your password

  1. On the email sign-in form, choose Forgot Password?.
  2. Enter your email. Weelkit sends a reset link.
  3. Open the link and choose a new password.
After too many wrong passwords, Weelkit says “Too many sign-in attempts. Try again in 15 minutes, or reset your password.” Resetting your password clears it. Wrong passwords never sign you out of devices where you’re already signed in.

Join an organization

  • From an invitation email: open the link. If you’re new to Weelkit, create an account; the invited email address is filled in for you. If you have an account, sign in with the invited address. You join the organization straight away. If the invitation has expired or was revoked, the page says This invite is no longer valid: ask for a new one.
  • From inside Weelkit: open Account settings → Organizations. Invitations you haven’t answered are under Pending Invitations, where you can accept or decline them.

Create another organization

Open the organization menu at the top of the sidebar and choose New organization. Enter the name and type, then connect a CMS and invite your team, or skip those steps. You become the organization’s owner.

Switch organizations

Open the organization menu at the top of the sidebar, or your avatar menu at the top right, and choose an organization. Weelkit loads that organization’s content and settings. To choose which organization opens when you sign in, go to Account settings → Organizations → Default Organization. Turn on Remember Last Organization to always reopen the last one you used.

Leave an organization

In Account settings → Organizations, find the organization under Current Organizations and choose Leave Organization. You lose access to its content until someone invites you again. You can leave only when you belong to more than one organization. The owner can’t leave: transfer ownership first.

If you’re removed

If an admin removes you from an organization, Weelkit says You no longer have access to this organization. Choose Select Organization to continue in another one.
