Create articles and writings
Weelkit keeps two kinds of documents:
Say which you want. “Write an article about…” always creates an article, whatever is open in the editor; “Draft a newsletter…” creates a writing. Every article and writing lands in the Library.
Edit
- The open document: ask in the chat, for example “Shorten the introduction” or “Add a FAQ section”. The AI edits the document in the editor and saves a new version. You can restore an earlier version at any time.
- One passage: select text in the editor, choose AI Edit, and say what to change.
- Comments: ask the AI to work through the comments on the open document. It can read them, make the fixes, and resolve the threads it handled.
- The title: ask for a new title, or rename the document yourself.
Research
- Web research: the AI searches the web and reads pages when an answer needs current facts, and cites what it used.
- Deep research: turn on Deep research for an in-depth, cited report. See Chat with Weelkit AI.
- Your knowledge: the AI searches your organization’s Knowledge and your content library, and reads files you attach.
Images, data and metrics
- Images: generate an image, find media for an article, or transform an existing image.
- Data: attach a CSV or spreadsheet and ask for an analysis or a chart.
- Metrics: ask about traffic, search results and AI visibility. This needs a role that can see Metrics, and the data sources connected in Organization settings → Integrations.
Connected apps
With your approval, the AI can work with apps your organization or you have connected:- Look up categories, tags and references in your CMS, and send an article to your CMS as a draft or publish it.
- Read a Slack channel, and send a Slack message or an email you approve. You connect Slack and Gmail for yourself in Account settings → AI Preferences.
- Read and update your RSS feeds.
